The Log Book

What is the Log Book?

In August 2012 I self-published a book on how to get the best from a wood-burning stove. I deliberately kept it friendly and did my best to explain pretty much everything I know about log-burners. It sold reasonably well and I began a discussion with a few publishers on how I could take the next step. While I had a good product, I didn’t have the time and channels available to me to be able to market the book effectively.  In 2013 I joined forces with Permanent Publications to revise and update the book, and (in my admittedly biased view) it’s turned out rather well,  in fact The Log Book eventually hit #58 in the Amazon best-seller ranking and has sold over 10,000 copies to date.

Anyone interested in reviewing a copy, or asking me awkward questions, should drop me a line using the contact form here.

So, where can I get a copy?

The easiest place to pick up a copy is from Amazon: click here for the paperback or here for the kindle edition. If you don't like Amazon you can search for stockists using the ISBN (9781856231572)
